Additions and Addtec Resourcing have achieved great success in establishing an enviable client base in South Wales and the West. We are an independent consultancy established for eight years and are reputed for our consistency, honesty and delivery of results.
We are known primarily for our success in permanent recruitment within the legal, commercial and technical markets. Due to expansion we now need to recruit an additional expert within the field of technical and engineering recruitment to maximise the business already secured and to develop the sector further into the UK.
You will already have recruitment experience, therefore we will not bore you with the essential characteristics required for this role!
We will offer you the following:
· The opportunity to ‘run your own desk’- and manage it as if it were your own business being responsible for the ‘full cycle’ of recruitment.
· Targets based not on the number of CV’s sent, interviews arranged, or calls made; but purely based on placing suitable candidates with suitable companies within a realistic timescale.
· Competitive basic salary & generous uncapped commission based predominantly on individual performance with a further team incentive.
