Maintenance Engineer
Our client currently have a new opportunity for an Engineering Planner. This individual will be required to develop and oversee the manufacturing and maintenance of their food manufacturing facility on the outskirts of Bristol.
Suitable candidates must have experience from within the Food or FMCG sector and should be hands on with an electrical bias.
Reporting to the Process Manager of Engineering the main duties of the role will involve the following:
- Daily maintenance management
- Plant Optimisation
- Continuous improvement within the site team to maintain standards and improve performance
- Development of maintenance processes
- Root cause analysis / action planning and analysing of reliability data
- Team development
Applicants should ideally have experience of managing in a multi-discipline FMCG manufacturing site together with an in-depth knowledge of the engineering function. Essentially this person will have a strong electrical background with PLC programming skills, including Alan Bradley and Mitsubishi PLC's.
