HYGIENE MANAGER - SOUTH WALES
Our client are a leader in their field of food manufacturing. They currently require an experienced Hygiene Manager to oversee their 'Chilled Ready Meals Site' in South Wales.
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
The effective management and control of the hygiene function within the site, ensuring that adequate daily and deep cleaning regimes are documented, planned, and carried out to agreed standards and within budget set.
Management, development and recruitment of hygiene personnel.
Working with Technical Management to action hygiene standards across the site.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:
Proven leadership skills.
Prior experience in a high risk hygiene management role.
Good communication skills, ability to influence, communicate and work with others.
Sound technical knowledge of hygiene systems.
