Production Manager - Food (Wales)
Our client currently seek a Production Manager to head their facility based in South Wales. A minimum of 5 years experience as a manager of a food production facility with a 100+ employees is essential to be successful in this role.
The successful candidate will need to display exceptional skills regarding business improvement techniques - allowing for the continual review and challenge of existing production practices. Integrating business development initiatives through the empowerment of production management and cross functional team working.

% Capacity
% Yield
OEE
% Labour Efficiency
Labour Cost Recovery
% Planned Maintenance Opportunity
% Hygiene Opportunity
P & L
% Service Level
Customer Satidfaction
Facilitiation and Integration of New Product Development activities will include:
Compatability
Commissioning
Launch
Handover
This is a key role essential to the progress of this company with regards to their impressive plans for growth.
