Solar Power Manager
Salary: To be agreed
Location: South Wales
A successful solar power installations company is looking to expand its branch network into South Wales by recruiting a successful manager to build up the business.
The ideal candidate will need an understanding and experience in building works, sales and renewable technologies (particularly solar) along with previous experience in managing a sales and operations team.
You will have full P&L responsibility for the office, along with Health and Safety and recruitment issues.
It would be advantageous if the applicant has some or all of the following:
• Practical experience of general plumbing, electrical and building works
• Knowledge of solar thermal and electric systems
• Management and leadership training
• Financial control training
• Health and Safety training
• Sales training
• CSCS supervisor card
Some travel and overnight stays may be required, so flexibility is essential for this role.
