Risk Assessment Engineer

Location: Cambridgeshire
This landfill gas management company have an immediate requirement for an experienced risk assessment engineer to work on a fixed term basis producing risk assessment reports and safety procedures and policies for site works.
A mechanical engineering background is essential, along with proven success in producing risk assessments and safety procedures. The successful applicant will have knowledge of combustible gases, in particular of hydrogen sulphide. Familiarity with ATEX compliance is essential.
Although previous work with landfill gas would be advantageous, this is not essential, as you will be trained on the specifics, however you must have a strong mechanical background and previous risk assessment experience.
The position offers an immediate start and will be mostly office based, with some occasional site visits.
