This renewable energy company specialises in providing professional services to the Solar Power industry. Their expertise covers wind, solar, biomass and hydro energies, and this role is to manage the sales office specifically for the solar power wholesale team.
The company is expanding at a strong rate due to increasing business and orders, which makes this a great time to join them!
Managing a small but growing team, you will be responsible for the following areas:
· Reaching agreed monetary targets on an annual basis
· Submitting bids and tenders for new projects; leads provided from Customer Account Managers
· Processing sales orders
· Producing reports on sales statistics for the Board
· Ensure a high and consistent level of customer service
· Managing quality and operating IT systems
· Implement telemarketing campaigns alongside your staff
· Stock control forecasting
Essential qualifications and experience
· Office based management experience
· Sales experience (preferably in a technical discipline)
· Managing databases and improving efficiency
· Familiarity with Accounting software (eg SAGE, SAP etc)
· Implement and manage a sales order process
It would be advantageous if you have the following in addition:
· Experience of quality management systems, eg ISO9001
· Understanding of Solar PV (Photovoltaic) systems
· Ability to speak Welsh and / or German
