Due to continued growth, this energy management company based in Cardiff is looking to expand its invoicing team with 2 permanent staff as soon as possible. Working as part of an established team you will assist with the delivery of an invoice processing and issue resolution services for clients as part of an overall utility and energy management service.

§ Provide an efficient invoice processing service to demanding deadlines
§ Resolve issues arising from the invoice processing service
§ Establish good working relationships with clients, suppliers and service providers
§ Maintain and develop relevant project databases
§ Maintain departmental administrative compliance with requirements ISO9000:2000 quality management system
§ Support new business development activity as required
§ Maintain an awareness of developments within the energy/utilities marketplace
§
KEY SKILLS:

§ Able to organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
§ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
§ Good numerical ability (GCSE Maths grade C or above or equivalent)
§ IT literate – Data entry skills will be tested prior to interview
§ Adept at identifying and solving problems using own initiative
§ Able to work effectively as part of a team
§ High level of attention to detail

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in producing invoices and validating / ensuring their accuracy on a large scale. It would be very beneficial to have experience of the energy industry or a utilities company.

This is NOT a customer service role. Please note that applicants who have only worked in a customer service or call centre role would not be suitable.

The company offers a pension scheme, company life assurance, childcare vouchers scheme, and 20 – 25 days holiday (in addition to bank holidays) per annum. Standard hours of work are 37.5 per week, 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
