This manufacturing company offer a unique solution to their sector across the world, and are looking appoint an experienced sales administrator for their busy office in Carmarthenshire.
You will be dealing with clients on a daily basis, ensuring smooth delivery of sales orders in the UK and overseas. Knowledge of shipping documentation will be essential to carry out the role successfully, and you will be responsible for obtaining quotes from carriers to ensure costs are kept to a minimum.
Some incoming sales queries will be involved, so you must have strong communication skills and be comfortable speaking to clients over the phone.
You will also be preparing sales quotations on behalf of customers, so knowledge of Excel and MS Office is essential.
