A leading South Wales-based Utilities company are seeking a strong Proposals / Bid Manager to support their sales team in Cardiff, during this period of targeted expansion.

The role will include producing tender documents for clients including small, medium and large businesses throughout Wales and the wider UK; tailoring your proposals to each individual customer.

Responsibilities:
· Work closely with direct sales team and managers to keep updated with tendering opportunities across the business
· Produce high quality bid and proposal documents tailored to the needs of the client
· Create a library of standardised documents and support information utilising expertise from within the business and externally
· Attend customer presentations as required along with the sales team in support of submitted proposals

Skills and Experience:
· Background in bid / tender / proposal management, preferably within the Utilities or related technical industry
· Proven success in a B2B (Business to Business) sales capacity
· Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
· A creative flair is preferred in order for your work to stand out from the rest
